Interior design growth case study

Nestra

Building a predictable pipeline for high-consideration interior projects

Nestra partnered with Ouroboros to turn visually interested audiences into project-ready homeowners. Instead of optimizing for raw inquiry volume, the acquisition system was rebuilt around qualification, design consultations, proposals and signed projects.

Across 18 weeks, PKR 3.1M in media spend generated 730+ qualified leads, 186 design consultations booked, 74 proposals and 19 signed projects.

From interior interest to project intent

Beautiful work creates attention. A pipeline requires something more.

Nestra already had the strongest part of the marketing problem solved: work people wanted to look at. The commercial challenge was converting that inspiration into project-ready conversations.

  2. 02Project intent

  4. 04Design consultation

The work was already the ad. What was missing was a path from inspiration to a scoped project.

The challenge

Four problems in the old model

  • 01

Interior inspiration generated interest, but interest alone was not enough.

Beautiful rooms attract attention. They do not automatically produce project-ready buyers.

  • 02

Sales teams were spending time on inquiries with weak project fit.

Too many conversations started before anyone knew whether the inquiry could become a real interior project.

  • 03

Project scope, budget and timing needed to be understood before consultation.

High-ticket design conversations are expensive. Fit had to be visible earlier.

  • 04

Marketing needed visibility beyond lead generation into proposals and signed projects.

Lead count alone could not show whether acquisition was producing commercial outcomes.

Qualification

More friction created fewer wasted conversations

The goal was not to maximize form completion. It was to increase the proportion of inquiries that represented real interior projects.

Qualification system
  1. 01

    Property type

Apartment, house, villa, office or commercial — enough to know the setting.

  2. 02

    Project status

    Ready, planning or under construction.

  3. 03

    Area / size

Enough information to understand project scale.

  4. 04

    Scope

Renovation, furnishing, full fit-out or bespoke work.

  5. 05

    Budget band

Alignment between expected spend and requested scope.

  6. 06

    Timeline

    Urgency and project readiness.

  7. 07

    Sales-ready project brief

    A structured summary before consultation.

Meta

Create demand around transformation

Meta turned finished spaces, before/after transformations, walkthroughs, design details, materials, lighting, joinery, space planning and progress into project intent — not just interior inspiration.

Google Search

Capture people already looking for design help

Search captured people already looking — interior designer, home interiors, office interiors, renovation, custom furniture and full-home design.

Landing pages

Different project types needed different conversion paths

Prospects were not sent to one generic homepage. Each offer had a path that explained the relevant project type, portfolio, process and consultation CTA.

  • Full-home interiors
  • Renovations
  • Bespoke furniture
  • Office / commercial interiors
  • Space planning

Pipeline & CRM

Marketing didn’t stop at the lead

Each inquiry moved into a structured pipeline so Ouroboros and Nestra could see whether acquisition was producing project-ready opportunities rather than simply form submissions.

Optimization

Stop optimizing for the cheapest form fill

The cheapest lead was not necessarily the best project opportunity. Optimization moved toward deeper pipeline outcomes — qualified project intent, consultations, proposals and signed projects.

Performance

The funnel became visible all the way to signed project

Media spend is the input. Signed projects are the commercial outcome. Everything between them had to be visible.

Why it worked

Qualification aligned marketing with the economics of high-ticket design

Nestra did not need the maximum number of inquiries. It needed more people with a real property, realistic scope, workable budget and relevant timeline.

By aligning Meta, Google, project-specific landing pages, qualification and CRM visibility, the acquisition system optimized toward real sales opportunities instead of surface-level lead volume.

Key takeaway

More friction created fewer wasted conversations.

The acquisition system moved from broad interior interest toward project-ready opportunities, generating 19 signed projects from PKR 3.1M in media spend.

High-ticket interiors

Getting inquiries but not enough real opportunities?

Ouroboros builds high-ticket acquisition systems around qualification, pipeline visibility and commercial outcomes.
